The Agency bonding fee encapsulates numerous components to ensure a carefree and protected holiday experience with 24 hour representation in resort. The full breakdown is shown below.

 

It provides assistance if required with your online checkin procedure, and we can post your boarding passes to you 3-4 days prior to departure and email the accommodation with your return details.

 

 It provides total protection of your money which is held by our governing body the TTA until your return.

 

It also provides full representation from the moment you leave your front door until your return. So if there was a problem with the hotel, it's facilities, room quality or a problem with the management our emergency in-resort team will deal with this directly for you. This is an invaluable service we provide which is not commonly available when booking a cheap internet holiday.

Online Check – In

To enable us to provide these services we need the following details

  • Passengers Name

  • Passport Number

  • Valid from Date

  • Expiry Date

  • Date of Birth

  • Issuing country (i.e) British Passport

Please forward all the above passport details for each passenger to Info@travelservicegroup.co.uk with a forwarding address. We will then proceed to check in all passengers and send tickets and boarding passes directly to your email 48 hours prior to departure. 

Please ensure you have these before travelling to the airport (failure to provide boarding passes at the airport may result in the airline charging you for airport Check-In). We cannot be held responsible for you arriving at the airport without the correct details. Gold service is a service not a guarantee that you will not be charged at the airport.
